Managed Services Analyst IV

Location: Office location or remote within the USA; up to 10% travel annually required.

Salary: $25.96–$32.21 per hour.

What you will do

• Serve as a subject matter expert and provide advanced guidance, support, and training to peers.
• Mentor team members on problem-solving practices and escalation management.
• Support customer adoption of recommended practices through daily interactions.
• Prepare and present milestone and key performance indicator reports.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews to validate deliverables and compliance with client expectations.
• Lead quality-control innovation projects and assist with new-hire onboarding and training.

Requirements

• Advanced technical knowledge of software products.
• Exceptional customer service, complex issue resolution, communication, collaboration, professionalism, and integrity.
• Project management skills and the ability to adapt to evolving guidelines and processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or a high school diploma or equivalent with 3 years of experience.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment; supply chain experience preferred.
