Senior Schedule Analyst (Aerospace): Developing and delivering Integrated Master Schedules for nuclear delivery defense acquisition projects with an accent on schedule risk, earned value management, and technical-cost-schedule analysis. Focus on performing Schedule Risk Assessments with JACS, quantifying program risks, and monitoring cost and schedule performance across government and contractor environments.
Location: On-site in Albuquerque, New Mexico, at Kirtland Air Force Base. Occasional travel to other government and contractor facilities is required. U.S. citizenship is required.

What you will do
- Define military nuclear delivery system scope, requirements, configurations, and technical, cost, and schedule risks.
- Develop and deliver Integrated Master Schedules for nuclear delivery defense acquisition projects.
- Apply earned value management and schedule estimating to assess confidence levels and forecast program performance.
- Perform Schedule Risk Assessments using JACS.
- Interface daily with government personnel and prime contractors while supporting occasional travel to external facilities.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of combined industry and government acquisition experience, including 4 years supporting Department of War space acquisition programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in management, business, economics, finance, accounting, mathematics, science, technology, engineering, statistics, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
- Strong understanding of systems engineering, subsystem technical relationships, engineering trades, technology development, risk, and system maturity.
- Proficiency in work breakdown structure development, risk analysis, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, and quantitative analysis.
- Working knowledge of project management processes, earned value management, project scheduling, and Department of War acquisition policies.
- Secret security clearance and U.S. citizenship are required.
Nice to have
- Experience with nuclear delivery systems and the Department of War budget cycle.
- Familiarity with SSI Tools, Primavera, PertMaster, Steelray, Milestone Pro, or OnePager.
- Top Secret security clearance.
- PMI-SP, PSP, MCTS, or PMP certification.
