Architectural Designer II

Location: Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, USA; moderate travel may be required for project-based or training activities.

Salary: USD 55,000–90,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop design and construction models and documentation using Revit or other BIM software.
• Produce floor and ceiling plans, elevations, sections, details, and drawings from architectural markups.
• Support programming, planning, scope development, concept development, and construction documentation.
• Conduct field investigations and gather project information.
• Coordinate designs with architectural, engineering, and construction staff.
• Participate in drawing reviews, coordination meetings, quality checks, studies, presentations, and reports.

Requirements

• At least three years of professional experience.
• Professional degree in Architecture, such as B.Arch, M.Arch, or D.Arch, or an equivalent Canadian or international degree, preferred.
• An applicable associate degree or technical trade school certification is accepted.
• Proficiency in Revit and Microsoft Office preferred.
• Experience developing, coordinating, and executing architectural design and documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience with Enscape, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• LEED accreditation, WELL certification, or similar sustainability credentials.
• Experience with advanced technology industry projects, including R&D laboratories, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, food and nutrition, or consumer products facilities.
