Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead production and welding employees and manage daily operations, throughput, quality, and safety.
• Own manufacturing KPIs including schedule adherence, attainment, First Pass Yield, and Work in Process.
• Direct welding and pipe fit-up operations, provide technical guidance, and review work orders and drawings.
• Coordinate first-line quality activities, non-conformance handling, audits, equipment maintenance, inventory, and materials availability.
• Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, 5S, visual management, FEM, and improvement summits.
• Develop direct reports, support performance evaluations, communicate results to leadership, and investigate workplace incidents.

Requirements

• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States without employer-sponsored immigration support.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least five years of experience in manufacturing or metal fabrication.
• Working knowledge of FCAW, SMAW, GTAW, and GMAW welding processes for carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloy metals.
• Ability to read blueprints and drawings, check dimensions, allocate resources, and use Microsoft Office.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on an active production floor while complying with PPE requirements.

Nice to have

• Lead or supervisory experience, a bachelor’s degree, or technical certification.
• Familiarity with Qlik and Mendix or willingness to learn them.
• Experience using AI-based tools for reporting, analysis, and communication.
• Hands-on ability to perform or demonstrate production and welding tasks.
