Business Analysis Advisor (Retail Lending)

Location: In-office role based in Pittsburgh or Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Brecksville or Cleveland, Ohio; or Wilmington, Delaware.

Base salary: $75,000–$137,500 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Research, collect, interpret, and document complex business requirements.
• Analyze business processes, procedures, workflows, reporting, and effectiveness measures.
• Translate business needs into actionable requirements by partnering with business stakeholders, subject-matter experts, and technology teams.
• Act as a liaison between product, business operations, technology delivery, and FISERV to support consumer lending platform transformation.
• Lead business analysis project management activities, quality assurance, deployment planning, and effectiveness assessments.
• Mentor and coach associates while maintaining business analysis policies, procedures, and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
• Experience with business requirements, business process modeling, requirements analysis, consulting, and problem solving.
• Knowledge of data analytics, management reporting, prioritization, process management, and project management.
• Ability to manage risk, assess business needs, and communicate complex requirements to senior stakeholders and technology teams.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available for this position.
