Commercial Analyst (Ecommerce)

Location: Boston, Massachusetts; hybrid schedule with in-office work Monday through Thursday and remote work on Friday

Annual base salary: $80,000–$90,500; the role also includes a $5,000 joining bonus.

What you will do

• Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, R, or advanced Excel to identify business trends and growth opportunities.
• Lead strategy initiatives across pricing, marketing, product selection, and profitability.
• Build performance dashboards, real-time tracking systems, and measurable KPIs.
• Partner with suppliers to improve product selection and the customer experience.
• Design and evaluate A/B tests and quantitative models for ambiguous business problems.
• Present visualizations and analytical recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders and leaders.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a relevant bachelor's degree, with graduation expected by Spring 2027.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship from hirify.global.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and SQL or Google BigQuery.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, execution, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional business partners and approach problems from customer or supplier perspectives.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with a programming language and motivation to develop technical skills.
• Strong comfort with using AI in daily workflows.
