Location: Based in Dallas, TX; position listed in Irving, Texas

Salary: $112,710–$169,060 annually

What you will do

• Lead Daily Scrums and support the Scrum Team in achieving sprint objectives.
• Create, maintain, and prioritize the Product Backlog according to business value.
• Act as Product Owner for larger and more complex data projects.
• Define product vision, features, release dates, and sprint goals.
• Collaborate with Lead Engineers to decompose epics and features into sprint-ready user stories.
• Manage defects, changes, stakeholder communication, and customer engagement.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of direct Scrum Master experience with software engineering teams in an Agile environment.
• Experience with decision-making, communication, problem management, program management, and change control.
• Azure DevOps (ADO) experience is required.
• Experience leading data projects, teams, or initiatives is highly preferred.
• Must be based in Dallas, TX.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
• Knowledge of Confluence.
• Knowledge of Power BI.
