Direct Solutions Consultant (Investment Management)

Location: Salt Lake City, Utah, United States. Occasional travel is required.

Base salary: $74,000–$93,000 per year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Design and implement solutions for new investment management clients and onboard users and client data.
• Advise clients on modeling and examining financial instruments and assets.
• Manage project scope, expectations, governance, health, and status throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Own historical data conversions and apply best-practice implementation methodologies.
• Lead delivery assurance for external third-party engagements and coordinate internal stakeholders.
• Develop scalable processes, templates, tools, and methodologies to reduce project effort and duration.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future visa sponsorship.
• Professional experience in project management, financial services, or consulting.
• Strong communication, organizational, time-management, interpersonal, and client-training skills.
• Understanding of historical data conversion methodologies and source systems, or willingness to learn.
• Process-oriented, independent, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for technology and finance.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing investment management software.
• Programming or scripting experience, particularly with Python.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Prior client-facing experience.
