Program Manager (Navy Training Systems)

Location: On-site in McLean, Virginia, or Virginia Beach, Virginia; travel up to 20% within and outside the continental United States

Salary: $150,000–$170,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead complex U.S. Navy and Department of Defense programs involving integrated training systems.
• Manage cost, schedule, performance, personnel, finances, risks, and program execution.
• Oversee large support-services contracts and coordinate multiple subcontractors.
• Plan, design, coordinate, and control project work to meet sponsor objectives.
• Manage a diverse technical workforce and maintain effective customer relationships.
• Deliver quality products on time and within budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in management, engineering, computer science, information systems, business, or a related scientific or technical discipline.
• Fifteen years of program management experience, including eight years managing Department of Defense or Department of the Navy programs.
• Active PMP certification.
• Experience managing DoD/DoN contracts or task orders of similar size and complexity.
• U.S. citizenship and an active Secret clearance are required before starting.
• Availability for up to 20% CONUS and OCONUS travel is required.
