What you will do
- Coordinate and complete building repairs, system maintenance, and preventive maintenance requirements.
- Maintain and review operating logs for air conditioning systems, fan units, utility meters, equipment readings, and tenant service requests.
- Identify maintenance issues and recommend corrective measures that support quality and safety.
- Manage multiple priorities independently with minimal supervision.
- Coordinate contractor, tenant, and management approvals for maintenance and repair work orders.
- Respond to after-hours emergency maintenance requests when needed.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in building or property maintenance.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Working knowledge of work order management and preventive maintenance software.
- Experience with painting, drywall repair, and light carpentry or construction projects.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
