HSE Intern

Location: Tijuana, Mexico; full-time, onsite position.

What you will do

• Support problem-solving and analytical activities within the HSE and related specialization areas.
• Compose standard operating procedures, visual aids, and work instruction documents.
• Implement improvements to production systems, including line efficiency and quality indicators.
• Help ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental regulations, and internal policies.
• Participate in process transfer, process validation, product, and machinery activities.
• Analyze process methods, timing, and materials under project leader coordination.

Requirements

• At least seven semesters completed toward a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Formal education toward a relevant career or similar experience.
• Strong collaboration, written communication, verbal communication, listening, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure and demonstrate a strong commitment to quality.
• Proficiency with office software and basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement.
• Intermediate English communication skills required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of GMP, GDP, or ISO standards.
