Focus on troubleshooting DCS, PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems, managing lifecycle changes, and restoring production availability during incidents.

What you will do

  • Provide day-to-day operational and technical support for production-critical automation and digital systems.
  • Diagnose faults, support investigations and deviations, perform root-cause analysis, and contribute to incident recovery.
  • Maintain automation systems in a validated, compliant state under GMP, GAMP, and formal change-control requirements.
  • Manage the lifecycle of DCS, PLC, SCADA, HMI, and PC-based production systems, including software changes, upgrades, testing, commissioning, and retirement.
  • Develop and maintain lifecycle documentation, including requirements, design specifications, SOPs, and periodic reviews.
  • Support NPI projects, business continuity planning, audits, vendors, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Senior-level hands-on experience supporting automation control systems in pharmaceutical or GMP manufacturing environments.
  • Expert knowledge of DeltaV DCS, PLCs, SCADA, and PC-based automation platforms.
  • Strong understanding of automation lifecycle management, GAMP guidelines, validation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven troubleshooting, technical root-cause analysis, and problem-solving skills in operational manufacturing environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Automation, Mechatronic, Chemical, or Computer Science Engineering.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Digital & Automation teams, and vendors.
