Laboratory Supervisor (High Voltage Switchgear)

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate Test Field personnel during assigned shifts.
• Manage electrical and mechanical testing programmes for high-voltage circuit breakers, including model changes and Factory Acceptance Tests.
• Monitor OEE, FPY, efficiency, productivity, downtime, and testing-plan adherence.
• Resolve complex electrical, mechanical, equipment, and process issues through root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, Logistics, Production, Project Management, and Shipping.
• Support shift handovers, personnel administration, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electromechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• More than three years of manufacturing and test field experience in the energy industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical testing and high-voltage equipment.
• Experience leading operational personnel, coordinating shifts, managing priorities, and handling training and administrative matters.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, Lean or Six Sigma, and applicable CFE and European standards for high-voltage electrical testing.
• Advanced English and availability to work rotating shifts are required.
