What you will do

• Maintain and improve process capabilities using appropriate tools and methodologies.
• Analyze numerical data to identify patterns and develop optimal workflows and processes.
• Review KPI monitoring systems and use technology to achieve operational goals.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and support New Product Introduction activities.
• Ensure compliance with local, legal, and Freudenberg Health, Safety, and Environment requirements.
• Create training materials, deliver training, and mentor apprentices and technicians.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; an advanced degree is preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Specified professional experience relevant to the industry.
• Relevant certifications, systems experience, and training.
• Professional-level English skills are preferred.
• Clear communication, proactive collaboration, customer focus, innovation, and strong execution.
