Logistics Coordinator - Warehousing & Distribution (Logistics)

Location: Piperton, Tennessee, USA; onsite warehouse and distribution role

What you will do

• Process and enter customer orders and distribution account data.
• Prepare operational reports, work orders, shipping documents, receiving paperwork, and inventory records.
• Support receiving, order allocation, shipping, inventory management, transportation billing, and client invoicing.
• Trace orders, communicate order activity to customers, and maintain damage and backorder records.
• Coordinate information between warehouse staff, customers, vendors, and office teams.
• Follow internal operational standards, government regulations, and customer requirements while escalating issues when necessary.

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Fluent English.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a professional manner.
• Effective interpersonal, listening, comprehension, and clear communication skills.
• Positive, helpful attitude and ability to achieve constructive results.
