Warehouse Coordinator - All Crews (LTL Shipping)

Location: Longview, Texas, United States; onsite warehouse role

hirify.global is a manufacturing company requiring warehouse coordination for daily outbound shipments.

What you will do

• Coordinate and schedule daily LTL shipments.
• Process shipments accurately while managing cost and timing requirements.
• Label shipments and prepare timely paperwork for driver pickups.
• Establish and follow processes that meet shipping requirements.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external customers by phone and email.
• Maintain a clean work area and complete duties in a timely manner.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift certification is required.
• Data entry experience and strong accuracy with forms and numbers.
• Excellent communication, customer-service, decision-making, problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, high-pressure team environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and sit or stand for up to 95% of working hours.

Nice to have

• Inventory control experience.
