What you will do
- Manage end-to-end coordination with customers and internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare management information and customer-specific reports.
- Update estimated costs and revenue for each job and ensure timely closure of daily operations.
- Manage inventory, occupancy reporting, SOP adherence, and operational file handovers.
- Support customer service activities, including management reviews, MBRs, QBRs, complaints, and root-cause analysis.
- Coordinate outward operations and follow up on missing information, disputed invoices, supplier invoices, and rate discrepancies.
Requirements
- Experience coordinating contract logistics and day-to-day supply chain operations.
- Ability to manage inventory, occupancy data, operational reports, costs, revenue, and invoices.
- Ability to coordinate customers, operations teams, suppliers, CHA, FTWZ, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to follow SOPs, resolve complaints, perform root-cause analysis, and escalate operational or billing issues.
