Production Expediter - 1st Shift (BCS)

Location: St Charles, IL, United States. On-site role at the Wallace Ave location, 1st shift from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Salary: $21.21–$28.65 per hour

What you will do

• Prepare and adjust manufacturing orders and processes using EPIC, Infoshare, manufacturing specifications, and department schedules.
• Organize orders for subsequent production processes and verify non-mailables, pulls, jobs, copies, and batches.
• Coordinate and expedite samples, specials, invalids, no-mails, foreigns, and damaged pieces to support on-time delivery.
• Perform computer-based verification for customer-specific jobs, including opening and closing files.
• Stage and organize finished products from off-line machines, ensuring correct labeling, separation, and compliance with work instructions.
• Maintain department files, support production planning and special projects, and help train employees.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of related experience; 3 years preferred.
• Knowledge of inserter machine computer functions, feeder setup, and file management.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Strong communication, prioritization, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds for 4–6 hours, walk or stand for 6–7 hours, and bend or stoop for 2–3 hours.
• Previous office experience in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Previous experience as an Inserter Operator.
• Data entry and payroll experience.
• Experience maintaining 5S standards and organized production areas.
