Associate - US Trade Control (Fixed Income)

Location: New York, NY; onsite at 300 Madison Ave, Fl 5. Candidates must be legally eligible to work at the specified location and may need a valid work or study permit.

Salary: $130,000–$155,000 annually for the New York, NY market, based on experience, qualifications, and position location. Additional incentive compensation may be available.

What you will do

• Execute and coordinate primary dealer trade support activities for US fixed income trading.
• Reconcile pre-auction inventory and manage US Treasury and Agency auction order preparation, submission, and post-auction reconciliation.
• Maintain firm and client auction orders in the Federal Reserve TAAP system and develop standardized order templates.
• Manage trade capture, allocation, settlement, client account onboarding, and settlement information.
• Investigate and resolve trade exceptions and reconciliation breaks across internal systems, Broadridge, Bloomberg TOMS, and other market utilities.
• Support process improvements, automation initiatives, operational reporting, system enhancements, and regulatory change projects.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in Trade Support, Operations, Middle Office, or a related financial markets support function.
• Hands-on experience with fixed income products, including US Treasuries, Agencies, Repo, and related auction processes.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• FINRA Series 7 or 99 required, or must be obtained after hire.
• Experience with trade capture, reconciliation, exception management, order management systems, and strong Excel skills.
• Legal eligibility to work at the specified New York location is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with TAAPS, Broadridge, Bloomberg TOMS, or E-Confirm.
• Experience with reporting, process documentation, automation, or data analytics.
