Loan Production Associate, Commercial & Wholesale Operations

Salary: $63,750–$107,500 annual base pay

What you will do

• Support back-office operations for commercial loans and letters of credit, including new loans, modifications, and extensions.
• Interpret credit agreements and perform loan and fee accrual calculations, reconciliations, and remediation.
• Complete complex operational transactions, research escalated issues, and determine corrective actions.
• Provide leadership in Loan Operations when the manager is absent and support less experienced employees.
• Train new employees on systems, procedures, and processes.
• Recommend policy, procedure, workflow, and structural improvements based on operational observations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of experience, training, military service, or education.
• At least 5 years of experience in commercial loan operations.
• Strong knowledge of syndicated and commercial loan products, markets, banking regulations, and industry practices.
• Ability to review and interpret legal documentation supporting commercial loan products.
• Knowledge of commercial banking, bank systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be legally authorized to work full-time in the United States without employer sponsorship.
