What you will do

• Lead plant operations to improve safety, quality, productivity, customer service, and waste reduction.
• Own P&L performance and prepare and manage capital and operational budgets.
• Develop employees through education, training, mentoring, and performance leadership.
• Guide department managers in continuous operational improvement and production planning.
• Review manufacturing performance and lead corrective actions for scheduling, cost, material, quality, safety, and productivity issues.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, EEO, and other applicable regulations while reporting plant performance to corporate leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Management, Engineering, Graphic Arts, or a related field.
• 10 or more years of diversified management experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably print, labels, or packaging.
• Exceptional team-building, leadership, communication, analytical, organizational, and reporting skills.
• Ability to teach, mentor, manage employee development, and maintain a customer service mindset.
