Manufacturing Supervisor

Location: Guin, Alabama, United States; onsite manufacturing role

Salary: $95,591–$116,834 annual compensation, including base pay and variable incentive pay if eligible.

What you will do

• Provide direct supervision to production and hourly employees.
• Plan daily work schedules, set priorities, assign work, and regulate production processes.
• Lead safety audits, inspections, meetings, hazard correction, and safe work practices.
• Manage shift administration, including attendance, time reporting, vacation planning, and overtime.
• Evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and lead cross-functional collaboration.
• Drive improvements in safety, productivity, quality, spending, and lean manufacturing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher plus at least two years of manufacturing experience, or a high school diploma/GED plus at least five years of manufacturing experience.
• At least one combined year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.
• Ability to work in a plant environment and support safety, quality, production, and continuous improvement objectives.
• Travel may include up to 10% domestic or international travel.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in science or engineering.
• Three years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with hazardous materials and cross-functional team leadership.
• Self-direction, attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to influence positive change.
