Remediation Analyst II (Fintech)

What you will do

• Support functional areas within Default Servicing, also known as Customer Asset Management (CAM).
• Represent CAM business practices and requirements in cross-functional projects with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare non-routine reports, spreadsheets, workflow analyses, historical reports, and financial analyses.
• Conduct data reviews, research, reconciliations, and judgment-based analysis to support servicing decisions.
• Plan, test, and implement projects, systems, products, and regulatory changes.
• Support audits, user certifications, compliance testing, system issues, and internal control requirements.

Requirements

• Associate degree and at least 3 years of related experience, or a combined minimum of 5 years of higher education and/or work experience including at least 3 years of related experience.
• Experience in collections and/or default servicing.
• Proven analytical, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with personal computers, word-processing software, and spreadsheet software.
• Ability to work in Getzville, New York, United States.
