Reconciliation Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Dundee, United Kingdom; onsite, full time. Working hours: 37.5 per week.

What you will do

• Perform daily reconciliation of CTUK, third-party, and international ATMs, including operations in South Africa and the United States.
• Reconcile vaults, cash movements, and depot balances, and report results to cash suppliers within deadlines.
• Investigate daily, weekly, and monthly discrepancies across the ATM estate and monitor investigation timelines.
• Identify discrepancy patterns through trend analysis and report net differences by depot and cash supplier.
• Monitor internal cash movements and vault audits, respond to reconciliation queries, and maintain daily communication with stakeholders.

• Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and solve problems proactively and reactively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Enthusiastic, friendly, team-oriented approach.
