Performance Measurement Analyst Sr (Banking)

Location: In office at 555 South Flower Street, Los Angeles, California, US 90071

Salary: $92,114–$156,880 per year, plus eligibility for bonus and/or commissions.

What you will do

• Design, produce, and distribute monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports and calculations across bank systems.
• Analyze, audit, and reconcile performance results, account postings, transactions, and other measurements.
• Investigate discrepancies and unexpected trends, prepare recommendations, and present findings to management.
• Prepare performance measurement and audit tools for rankings, reviews, campaigns, awards, incentives, and internal or external audits.
• Maintain reporting standards and stay current with bank system changes and enhancements.
• Follow bank operational, credit, regulatory, and compliance requirements and complete required training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least 7 years of experience in a banking environment.
• At least 5 years of experience in performance measurement, performance analysis, or performance administration.
• At least 3 years of Microsoft Excel experience.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills, with an understanding of unit or division performance measurements and incentive plans.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, and financial-related systems, along with strong verbal and written communication skills.
