Part-Time Telehealth Therapist (LCSW, LMHC, LPC)

Location: Remote, United States

Rate: $80 per visit for 45-minute visits plus administrative time

What you will do

• Provide individual therapy through synchronous video sessions to adults with a wide range of mental health conditions.
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions.
• Monitor functional improvement and goal progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Use between-session messaging and the electronic medical record to support patients and coordinate care.
• Collaborate with therapists and clinicians through treatment team meetings, supervision, and clinical meetings.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation, comply with federal and state regulations, and support therapy programs for diverse populations.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in psychology, counseling, or social work from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure such as LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, PhD, or PsyD, allowing practice upon hire.
• At least 2 years of therapy experience, including clinical experience serving trans and queer communities.
• Previous telehealth experience and proficiency with virtual meeting platforms and digital applications.
• Clear, compassionate communication, strong organization and time management, and the ability to work independently in a changing environment.
• Ability to maintain state licenses and comply with applicable therapy regulations.
