Child and Adolescent Therapist - Resident in Counseling (LPC-R)

Location: Burke, Virginia, United States; virtual and in-person therapy services

Salary: $40,000–$105,000 USD per year; LPC-R track includes a $40,000 base plus $65 per session beyond the base caseload.

What you will do

• Provide virtual and in-person therapy to children, adolescents, young adults ages 2–26, and their caregivers.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families and understand their individual needs.
• Support engagement in treatment and educate families on therapeutic approaches that promote long-term progress.
• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based, family-centered care.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support young patients and their families.

Requirements

• Active Virginia license as LCSW, LPC, LPC-R or Resident in Counseling, LMFT, or qualifying LMSW with an active or obtainable SISW.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children and adolescents.
• At least 1 year of telehealth or virtual-setting experience.
• Availability after 3 p.m. ET on weekdays and/or weekends.
• Commitment to family-centered, high-touch care.
