Advanced Practice Provider - Virtual Health Assessment (Part Time)

Location: Remote, open only to candidates residing in Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, or Virginia. Occasional travel may be required for team meetings and company events.

Salary: $65.00–$75.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Provide evaluation, management, and high-quality care for patients in a virtual setting.
• Use prescriptive authority under a collaborative practice agreement and partner with physicians on complex patient care.
• Follow up on labs and imaging and maintain closed-loop communication with patients and other providers.
• Conduct virtual examinations using remote home-monitoring equipment, remote physical examination tools, and point-of-care diagnostics.
• Collaborate with registered nurses, medical assistants, primary care providers, behavioral health clinicians, and clinical supervisors.
• Participate in huddles, case conferences, service-line meetings, and improvements to operational workflows and product features.

Requirements

• DNP, FNP, ENP, or PA qualification from an accredited program.
• Board certification through NCCPA, AANP, or ANCC.
• At least 3 years of experience in outpatient Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care.
• At least 2 years of experience delivering virtual care.
• Licensure in at least two core Oscar states, including a required Georgia license.
• Preferred additional licenses include Texas, Florida, or Ohio.

Nice to have

• Compact RN license for APRNs.
• Experience with remote diagnostic and home-monitoring tools.
• Willingness and ability to obtain additional licenses in Oscar Medical Group states.
