Senior Product Designer (Fintech)

Location: Remote UK, with an option to work from the London office; occasional in-person onboarding may be required.

Base pay: £101,000–£149,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design for UK, international, and global post-purchase experiences across web and mobile.
• Define problem statements, success metrics, and design direction for complex and ambiguous product flows.
• Partner with product, engineering, data, research, and content design to deliver intuitive customer experiences.
• Use research, analytics, and experimentation to improve product outcomes.
• Contribute to scalable design systems and patterns across the product.
• Facilitate alignment and mentor other designers while raising the quality of design work.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong interaction and visual design craft with close attention to detail.
• Experience balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Ability to own ambiguous problems, make informed trade-offs, and drive work with minimal oversight.
• Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with modern design and collaboration tools, including Figma, G Suite, and Notion.
