Senior Product Designer (Fintech)

Location: Seattle, Washington, United States; hybrid work with an in-office expectation of at least 50% of the time, typically three days per week

Salary: $144,000–$180,000 starting annual base salary, plus equity and additional compensation components

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design process, from discovery and concept ideation through flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction design deliverables.
• Set design direction for the US and Canada regional remittance send experiences.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, Writers, and data teams to define customer problems and goals.
• Design and ship polished, consistent product experiences that support customer and business value.
• Bring customer empathy and user insights into product decisions and organizational alignment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtfully designed, tested, and shipped experiences.
• Experience driving product direction, setting goals, identifying opportunities, and making customer-centric decisions.
• Experience designing and prototyping complex workflows with Figma, InVision, or similar tools.
• Expert-level knowledge of Figma.
• Ability to work in the Seattle office at least 50% of the time monthly.
