What you will do

• Support daily logistics and distribution operations with a third-party logistics team.
• Monitor productivity, backlog, cycle time, inventory accuracy, quality, and on-time shipment metrics.
• Analyze operational data using Excel, Celonis, SAP, and other data sources.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs for warehouse performance and data-driven decisions.
• Identify process improvement opportunities, create action plans, and track results with the 3PL team.
• Perform root-cause analysis using Pareto analysis, 5 Whys, and process mapping while collaborating with planning, transportation, inventory, quality, IT, and supply chain teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Operations Management, or a related field.
• Knowledge of SAP/ERP, Excel, Celonis, lean problem solving, data analytics, and statistics.
• AI or Copilot skills.
• GPA of 3.0 or above preferred.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time.
