Global Transportation Spring Co-Op (MedTech)

Location: New Brunswick, New Jersey, United States; hybrid. Full-time co-op, 40 hours per week, from January through July 2027.

Salary: $23.50–$52.50 per hour, depending on program year, discipline, degree, and experience.

What you will do

• Modernize transportation workflows through digitization, dashboards, automation, user testing, and documentation.
• Monitor international shipments, identify risks, support issue resolution, and provide visibility into lane performance and delays.
• Support U.S. transportation execution, exception management, carrier performance tracking, and service metrics.
• Validate freight invoices, investigate duplicates and rate variances, resolve disputes, and identify recurring billing issues.
• Maintain trade compliance tools, support export documentation, and improve import/export process controls.

Requirements

• Completed freshman year and minimum sophomore standing before the co-op begins; currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, finance, engineering, information systems, data analytics, computer science, or a related field.
• Cumulative GPA of at least 2.8 and graduation after the end of the co-op term.
• Strong communication, collaboration, ownership, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and willingness to learn transportation technologies and automation tools.
• Must be permanently authorized to work in the United States and must not require current or future employment visa sponsorship.
• No other employment or summer internship commitment may interfere with the January–July 2027 co-op dates.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
• Experience with Excel pivot tables and lookups, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms.
• Exposure to SQL, Python, Power Automate, Alteryx, VBA, Power Apps, or related automation technologies.
