Customer Service Representative (Transportation)

Location: On-site five days a week at the Ridgeland, Mississippi office; shifts are Monday through Friday and may include nights, weekends, and holidays. Required start date: October 27, 2026.

Salary: $16.00 per hour

What you will do

• Serve as the first point of contact for members with transportation questions and concerns.
• Schedule, modify, and cancel transportation reservations.
• Collect and document customer complaints, concerns, and relevant member information.
• Enter trip data accurately and maintain complete interaction records.
• Refer unresolved grievances to the appropriate departments for investigation and resolution.
• Support a 24/7/365 contact center, including required holiday coverage, meetings, and assigned projects.

Requirements

• Work on-site five days per week at the Ridgeland, Mississippi office.
• 0–2 years of contact center or customer service experience in a high-volume environment with data entry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to learn new technologies and processes quickly and follow complex instructions.
• Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute.
