Customer Service Representative - NJ Only, WFH

Location: Remote, New Jersey; candidates must live in New Jersey

Pay rate: $16.55 per hour

What you will do

• Serve as the first point of contact for members with transportation questions and concerns.
• Schedule, modify, and cancel transportation reservations.
• Document customer complaints, trip details, and all relevant member information accurately.
• Resolve inquiries professionally and refer unresolved grievances to the appropriate departments.
• Participate in meetings, assigned projects, and a 24/7/365 contact center schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain accurate trip data entry, attendance, punctuality, and service quality standards.

Requirements

• Must live in New Jersey.
• 0–2 years of contact center or customer service experience in a high-volume environment with data entry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to learn new technology, follow complex instructions, and type at least 35 words per minute.
• Work-from-home setup: internet of at least 25 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload, wired modem connection, and a dedicated private workspace.
