Customer Service Representative (Transportation Services)

Location: Remote, Oklahoma; must live in Oklahoma

Pay rate: $14.00/hour

What you will do

• Serve as the first point of contact for members with transportation questions and concerns.
• Schedule, modify, and cancel transportation reservations.
• Collect and document customer complaints, concerns, and relevant member information.
• Enter trip data accurately and refer unresolved grievances to the appropriate departments.
• Support a 24/7/365 contact center, including possible nights, weekends, holidays, and required holiday coverage.
• Attend required meetings, follow procedures, and maintain professional service standards.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of contact center or customer service experience in a high-volume environment, with data entry experience preferred.
• High school diploma preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to learn new technology, follow complex instructions, and type at least 35 words per minute.
• Must live in Oklahoma.
• Must have a dedicated private work area, high-speed internet of at least 25 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload, and the ability to hardwire directly to the modem.
