Commercial Manager (Cost Management)

Location: Hybrid, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote, in Atlanta, Dallas, New York, Greater Chicago, or San Francisco, United States.

Salary: $125,000–$175,000 USD per year, depending on experience, education, and skills.

What you will do

• Participate in tender and bid processes from initial documentation through analysis and reporting.
• Oversee project spend through valuations and cost reports.
• Communicate cost variations clearly to project teams.
• Support the settlement of construction disputes, loss, and expense claims.
• Provide timely cost documentation and communication to support project management and decision-making.

Requirements

• Experience in pre- and post-contract cost management on varied projects.
• A degree or comparable experience in a related construction discipline.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite 3 days per week in one of the listed United States locations.
• Willingness to travel for short periods to meet clients, partners, and team members.
• Ability to manage priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
