Commercial Property Manager (Commercial Real Estate)

Location: San Bernardino, California; on-site, with local travel between assigned properties throughout the Inland Empire

Salary: $72,000–$90,000 annual salary

What you will do

• Manage the daily operations of a diverse portfolio of retail, flex/industrial, and office properties.
• Build tenant relationships, handle move-ins and move-outs, and serve as the primary on-site contact for tenants and vendors.
• Administer leases, rent collections, notices, delinquencies, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and CAM reconciliations.
• Prepare budgets, monitor variances, provide financial reporting, and support monthly accruals.
• Oversee vendors, service contracts, maintenance, inspections, work orders, and property documentation.
• Coordinate tenant improvement, capital, and construction projects with engineering, facilities, accounting, leasing, and construction teams.

Requirements

• Prior commercial real estate property management experience is required.
• Experience managing multi-tenant commercial properties and working directly with tenants, vendors, and maintenance personnel.
• Strong knowledge of commercial lease structures and lease administration.
• Experience with rent collection, property-level accounting, operating expenses, budgeting, and variance reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities with strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Must be comfortable working in the field and traveling locally between properties throughout the Inland Empire.

Nice to have

• Experience with MRI or other commercial property management and accounting software.
• Experience supporting tenant improvement or capital expenditure projects.
