Customer Service Representative - Work From Home, in SC Only (Healthcare Transportation)

Location: Remote, South Carolina only; candidates must live in South Carolina. Required start date: October 27, 2026. Work schedules may include nights, weekends, and holidays in a 24/7/365 contact center.

Pay rate: $14.00 per hour

What you will do

• Assist members with transportation questions and concerns.
• Schedule, modify, and cancel transportation reservations.
• Document customer complaints, concerns, trip details, and other member information accurately.
• Enter trip data and refer unresolved grievances to the appropriate departments.
• Attend required meetings and follow company policies and procedures.
• Support a 24/7/365 contact center while maintaining professional service, attendance, and punctuality standards.

Requirements

• Must live in South Carolina.
• High school diploma preferred.
• 0–2 years of contact center or customer service experience in a high-volume environment with data entry preferred, or equivalent education and experience.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to learn new technology quickly and follow complex instructions.
• Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute.
