Customer Service Representative (Work From Home - Maine Residents Only)

Location: Remote, Maine residents only. The role supports a 24/7/365 contact center and may include overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts. Work-from-home requirements include high-speed internet, a hardwired modem connection, a private dedicated workspace, full training attendance, and camera use during the first 30 days.

Pay rate: $16.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Serve as the first point of contact for members with transportation questions and concerns.
• Schedule, modify, and cancel transportation reservations.
• Collect and document customer complaints, concerns, trip information, and other required data.
• Refer unresolved grievances to the appropriate departments for investigation and resolution.
• Attend required meetings, follow company procedures, and maintain accurate, high-quality work.
• Support a 24/7/365 contact center, including required coverage for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Must live in Maine.
• 0–2 years of contact center or customer service experience with high-volume calls and data entry preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to learn new technology and processes, follow complex instructions, and type at least 35 words per minute.
• Must attend 100% of training and remain on camera for the first 30 days of employment.
