Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: Remote, United States; standard business hours with sufficient overlap across US time zones; periodic in-person retreats may occur.

Salary: $114,000–$127,000 annualized base salary.

What you will do

• Lead product design across active initiatives and refine complex clinical and operational problem spaces with Product Management.
• Audit workflows using research, product data, and design reviews to improve clinical efficiency and patient outcomes.
• Build and maintain scalable Figma design-system components, tokens, dynamic states, and interaction patterns.
• Create prototypes ranging from low-fidelity wireframes to interactive high-fidelity flows for testing, reviews, and development.
• Lead discovery and user research, conduct competitive audits, and evaluate technical trade-offs with Engineering and Data.
• Ensure clinical safety and WCAG accessibility standards, provide design critique and mentorship, and document work for a clean transition.

Requirements

• 5+ years of end-to-end product design experience, preferably in healthtech, digital health, or complex enterprise SaaS.
• Master-level Figma proficiency, including auto-layout, advanced component variables, dynamic states, and plugins.
• Experience managing design systems, tokenization, and scalable enterprise design libraries.
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven prototyping or generative design tools.
• Experience using research, data, and competitive audits to guide product strategy and reduce project risk.
• Strong knowledge of web and mobile accessibility standards, clinical or data safety guidelines, and complex workflow design.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthtech, digital health, or complex enterprise SaaS applications.
• Portfolio demonstrating systems thinking and measurable product outcomes.
