Supply Chain Operations Planning Specialist (Advanced Planning and Scheduling)

What you will do

• Lead the operational scheduling workstream of the OMP supply chain planning transformation.
• Collaborate with vendor consultants and project teams on master data definition, solution design, testing, user training, and deployment.
• Integrate the planning solution with SAP and MES data sources at manufacturing sites.
• Investigate and resolve issues with relevant technical and business teams.
• Define and prioritize solution enhancements and coordinate their implementation.
• Monitor system usage, performance, and delivery of business benefits while supporting operations, demand, and supply chain planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of supply chain or IT experience with complex customer quality requirements.
• Experience implementing advanced planning and scheduling systems and strong knowledge of MES interfaces and data flows.
• Experience with SAP OTC, MM, and PP modules and related data structures; heavy use of SAP P80 and P23.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and cross-cultural teamwork skills.
• Fluent English and availability for a hybrid role in Wilmington, Delaware.

Nice to have

• OMP application experience and knowledge of APO or other planning systems.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification; Black Belt or Champion certification is preferred.
• APICS CPIM certification.
