Senior Designer, UI

Location: Hybrid, with office work during the middle of the week and remote work on Mondays and Fridays; candidates must be based near a U.S. office. Offices and eligible locations include Chicago, Cincinnati, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, San Diego, Dallas, Austin, and Bentonville.

What you will do

• Create, document, and evolve scalable design systems and component-driven UI patterns.
• Design high-quality digital experiences that balance user needs, business goals, and brand expression.
• Collaborate with UX designers, copywriters, developers, engineers, and product teams on end-to-end experiences.
• Map omnichannel user journeys and translate complex requirements into scalable design solutions.
• Prototype interaction models and user flows, support user testing, and iterate designs based on research.
• Present design decisions to stakeholders and clients, contribute to design standards, and mentor junior designers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional digital product design experience focused on user interface design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality, user-centered digital design work.
• Deep understanding of responsive design, mobile-first principles, app-based experiences, and accessibility standards.
• Proficiency with design systems, component-driven methodologies, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strategic thinking, strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and ownership of deadlines and budgets.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and complete employment verification through Form I-9.

• Experience in regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, or telecommunications.
