Senior UI/UX Designer (React)

Location: 100% remote within the United States

Salary: $135,000–$155,000 annually

What you will do

• Research, design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade digital experiences for multiple business functions and user groups.
• Translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences, interactive prototypes, responsive interfaces, and reusable design systems.
• Develop component-driven front-end applications with React and integrate them with RESTful APIs, cloud-hosted applications, and authentication systems.
• Conduct usability testing, accessibility validation, design quality assurance, and front-end performance optimization.
• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, software engineers, QA teams, and stakeholders in an Agile environment.
• Support applications throughout their operational lifecycle and contribute to release management and developer handoff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Graphic Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, Digital Media, or a related discipline.
• Five or more years of professional experience designing and developing production-grade web or mobile applications; the position lists 6+ years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of user-centered design, information architecture, interaction design, accessibility standards, responsive design, and end-to-end product design.
• Advanced experience with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
• Experience creating responsive interfaces, interactive prototypes, reusable design systems, component libraries, and scalable front-end architectures.
• Experience with Git workflows, Agile methodologies, RESTful APIs, authentication systems, debugging, stakeholder management, and release processes.

Nice to have

• Experience with Angular or Vue.
• Experience designing dashboards, workflow systems, data visualizations, real-time collaboration features, or complex enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with Storybook, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, SASS, animation libraries, PWAs, and front-end performance optimization.
• Exposure to DesignOps, design thinking, service design, behavioral analytics, customer journey optimization, and enterprise design systems.
