TL;DR
Interface Designer, AI & Design Systems (AI): Designing AI-powered web experiences, internal software interfaces, and reusable design systems with an accent on UI/UX, Figma-to-HTML/CSS prototyping, accessibility, and responsive design. Focus on building shared components and design tokens, refining AI-generated interfaces, and aligning design libraries with implemented systems.
Location: Remote. Travel may be required for company or industry events.

What you will do
- Design UI/UX for internally built software, tools, and client-facing versions of those products.
- Design AI-powered web experiences from concept to build-ready HTML/CSS using Figma and prompt-based design tools.
- Collaborate with Technology/R&D, Web Development, data scientists, developers, and product owners on product direction, feasibility, and implementation quality.
- Build and govern reusable design systems, component libraries, design tokens, interaction patterns, and documentation across Figma and code.
- Apply information architecture, interaction design, usability, accessibility, and responsive design principles; contribute to usability testing and iteration.
- Review and refine AI-generated interfaces for design quality, accessibility, responsiveness, usability, and brand consistency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX or product design.
- Demonstrable experience using prompt-based design or prototyping tools to produce working web interfaces and refine generated HTML/CSS.
- Strong Figma and HTML/CSS skills, including the ability to create, inspect, and refine working interfaces.
- Experience with structured design systems, component libraries, reusable components, design tokens, and design documentation.
- Solid knowledge of information architecture, interaction design, usability, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills when working with developers, data scientists, and product owners.
Nice to have
- Experience designing internal tools or platforms and adapting them for external or commercial use.
- Experience with WordPress, Builder.io, or similar web platforms.
- Examples of adopting emerging AI and web design tools or techniques early.
