Program Manager (Cloud Big Data)

Location: Hybrid, with 3–4 days onsite between hirify.global Headquarters in Columbia, Maryland and the customer site in Fort Meade, Maryland; up to 20% travel within or outside the continental United States.

Salary: $145,317–$215,000 annually.

What you will do

• Lead overall program performance, contract execution milestones, service delivery deadlines, and performance criteria.
• Act as the primary interface for Government leadership, the Contracting Officer’s Representative, hirify.global management, and cross-functional teams.
• Oversee cloud technical operations, agile software development, resource allocation, and technical performance across internal and subcontractor teams.
• Define long-term strategic objectives and perform integration planning to address future end-user requirements.
• Manage schedules, work standards, project discrepancies, resources, staff direction, training, and quality of deliverables.
• Present technical capabilities, program progress, milestones, and demonstrations to customer stakeholders.

Requirements

• Active Secret U.S. Government security clearance, eligibility to obtain TS/SCI, and U.S. citizenship are required.
• Six years of experience with projects of similar scope and a related bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and progressive experience.
• At least five years in a Technical Program Manager, Program Manager, Delivery Lead, or equivalent role involving cloud computing, program management, IT systems operations, and agile software development for the Government.
• Experience managing complex multi-task contracts and subcontracts, including Firm Fixed Price contracts and technical contracts for DoD customers.
• Experience working with software, systems, and platform engineers, managing milestones and schedules, and communicating technical concepts to stakeholders.
• Ability to work 3–4 days onsite in Columbia or Fort Meade, Maryland and travel up to 20% as required.

Nice to have

• Active Top Secret clearance.
• Project Management Professional certification.
• Experience with the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Army, or U.S. Marine Corps.
• Experience managing technical contracts and technical skills.
• Familiarity with big data platforms or data lake architectures.
