Senior .NET Engineer (multiple, US Only)

What you will do

• Develop, document, maintain, and improve existing and new software systems and platforms.
• Design architectural solutions using software engineering patterns, microservices, and Domain Driven Design.
• Support monitoring, maintenance, reliability, scalability, and optimization of key infrastructure.
• Design manual tests and test-automation suites to reduce defects.
• Provide technical recommendations, document requirements and architecture, and estimate delivery effort.
• Collaborate with product owners, data scientists, business users, project managers, and engineers while coaching and developing other engineers.

Requirements

• U.S.-based applicants only; authorization to work for any employer is required.
• 8+ years of professional experience with .NET, C#, Entity Framework, SQL, and Redis.
• 3+ years of experience with SignalR, distributed event buses, Domain Driven Design, and Microsoft Azure.
• In-depth knowledge of software engineering design and architectural patterns, including microservices.
• Strong Git and CI/CD experience, ideally with Microsoft DevOps, plus experience working with onshore and offshore contributors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; strong communication, coaching, and critical-thinking skills.

Nice to have

• Experience at a startup serving large enterprise clients.
• Master’s or other postgraduate degree.
• Exposure to machine learning or AI, React or Next.js, and big data or analytics.
