Senior C# Developer (Dev Tools)

Location: Prague, Czechia; remote work is possible only when located in the Czech Republic.

What you will do

• Build and extend web services for the internal developer platform.
• Develop tooling that automates development processes and improves software quality.
• Own changes end to end, from engineering problem reports through release.
• Establish and maintain automated quality controls, including tests, analyzers, and CI gates.
• Review code and assess design and implementation quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of C#, the .NET platform, data structures, and algorithms.
• Knowledge of object-oriented design and domain-oriented architecture.
• Ability to split large projects into small, independently shippable increments.
• English proficiency sufficient for communication with international teams.

Nice to have

• Experience leading a technical initiative from idea to production.
• Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and CI/CD.
• Willingness to learn, take on new challenges, and grow as an individual contributor.
