Store Director (Retail)

Annual base pay: USD 128,650–142,945

What you will do

• Lead a 150,000+ square-foot retail destination and oversee store operations, sales performance, and customer experience.
• Build and coach 5+ department-level managers and 150+ associates across sales, design, logistics, visual, and asset protection.
• Analyze sales, labor, customer satisfaction, and other KPIs to improve growth, efficiency, and profitability.
• Partner with corporate, regional, HR, facilities, marketing, and talent acquisition teams to align store execution with business goals.
• Develop talent, succession plans, and future leaders for store and home office opportunities.
• Ensure scheduling, safety, merchandising, logistics, and operational readiness through hands-on leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive retail or operations leadership experience, including 5+ years leading large teams, multiple departments, or stores.
• Experience with customer experience, hospitality, sales, product expertise, and team development.
• Strong P&L management, labor optimization, and KPI analysis skills.
• Ability to use Google Suite, inventory systems, and digital retail tools.
• Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift or move up to 50 pounds independently on a regular basis.
