About the Role

You will embed AI capabilities into product workflows, enable AI-assisted work across business functions, and own AI software-engineering tooling and practices. You will evolve and maintain the analytics platform, make production data accessible to non-technical users, and deliver production AI automations with stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a software or AI engineer
• Experience with cloud data infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, agents, RAG, tool use, evaluation, and production AI features
• Ability to work autonomously with non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to manage stakeholders inside and outside the tech team
• English proficiency

Responsibilities

• Embed AI into product workflows
• Enable AI-assisted workflows across legal, sales, marketing, operations, and customer support
• Own AI-assisted software-engineering tooling, practices, and infrastructure
• Own, evolve, and maintain the data platform
• Make production data accessible to non-technical teams
• Scope and deliver AI automations with non-technical stakeholders
