GTM Engineer (AI)

Location: San Francisco or New York office; onsite 4 days per week

What you will do

• Architect, develop, operate, and improve GTM systems including Salesforce, CPQ, lead routing, call intelligence, data enrichment, outbound activation, and scaled support.
• Build applied AI agents and workflows that improve pipeline velocity, sales efficiency, and customer outcomes.
• Develop an outbound signal engine covering signal ingestion, enrichment, play orchestration, attribution, and SDR notifications.
• Establish GTM Engineering infrastructure, including deployment pipelines, branching, sandbox management, testing standards, backups, and AI development environments.
• Partner with data science, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, Deal Operations, CS Operations, and Enablement to turn data signals into adopted workflows and training.
• Drive adoption and measurement of the AI portfolio, including user discovery, change management, impact measurement, and retirement of ineffective tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing or GTM-facing technical role at a high-growth B2B SaaS or AI company, such as Revenue Systems, GTM Engineering, or RevOps.
• Deep experience with coding tools such as Cursor or Claude Code and enterprise agent tooling, with AI embedded in the current workflow.
• Broad experience managing modern GTM technology, including data enrichment, lead routing, sales engagement, call intelligence, chat, CPQ, and support systems.
• Strong background in system design and architecture, including data models, integrations, automation, and declarative versus code-based solutions.
• Experience managing development environments and deployment pipelines, such as Gearset.
• Willingness to work from an office 4 days per week in San Francisco or New York.

• Experience with Salesforce, Gong, Clay, and/or LeanData.
